Terms & Conditions
1. Who you are dealing with
Ticket Sync is operated by Lukas Bittner, Oststraße 7, 48465 Schüttorf, Germany, lukas.ticketsync@gmail.com ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Ticket Sync Figma plugin, the website ticket-sync.com and the proxy service behind them (together, the "Service"). Full company details are in our Imprint.
By installing or using the plugin you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Ticket Sync displays tickets from Jira, ClickUp, monday.com, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Asana and GitLab inside Figma, and keeps them in sync with the source. It needs access to your ticket tool, which you grant yourself, and it can only do what that access allows.
Ticket Sync is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Figma, Atlassian, ClickUp, monday.com, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Asana or GitLab. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- you are entitled to grant the plugin access to the ticket tool and the data you connect it to, including under your employer's rules;
- you will not use the Service unlawfully, and will not attempt to circumvent its license checks or overload, probe or disrupt the proxy service;
- you will not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or share license keys beyond the seats you purchased.
You are responsible for the content you sync into your Figma files, including whether it is appropriate to display it to everyone with access to that file.
4. Free plan and Pro plans
The free plan lets you display and sync one ticket at a time, link from Figma to your tickets and customise the ticket style. Pro plans add syncing several tickets at once and custom ticket fields. Which features belong to which plan is shown on the pricing section of our website and may change over time; we will not remove a feature from a plan you have already paid for during your running billing period.
Licenses are issued as:
- Individual - one license key, valid for one Figma user;
- Team - a set of seat keys, each valid for one Figma user, up to the number of seats purchased;
- Domain - valid for everyone working in a given ticket tool workspace, where offered.
A seat is bound to the Figma user who first activates it. If someone leaves your team and you need a seat reassigned, contact us.
5. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. This means the purchase contract for a license is concluded between you and Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction. Prices, currency and applicable VAT are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, its length and the date of the first charge are shown at checkout; you can cancel during the trial without being charged.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part periods.
If you are a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and nothing in these terms limits that right. Because a license is digital content supplied immediately, that right lapses once supply has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement, as set out at checkout.
Refunds are handled by Paddle as merchant of record under their refund policy. If something is not working as described, email us first - we would rather fix it or refund you than have you stuck with a tool that does not work.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on Figma and on the ticket tool you connect, and their outages, API changes or rate limits can stop it from working. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give notice of significant changes to paying customers where reasonably possible. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.
8. Intellectual property
The plugin, the website and their content remain our property. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms for as long as your license is valid. Your Figma files, your ticket data and the templates you build with the plugin remain entirely yours; we claim no rights in them.
If you send us feedback or feature suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without owing you anything for it. You keep the right to use your own ideas however you like.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
For slight negligence we are liable only where an obligation is breached that is essential to performing this contract and on which you may reasonably rely, and in that case only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Any further liability is excluded.
The Service is not designed for use where a failure could cause danger to life, health or the environment. You remain responsible for backing up your Figma files.
10. Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. A summary of our technical measures is on the Security page. If your organisation requires a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, contact us and we will provide one.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the plugin, and cancel a subscription as described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms - in particular by circumventing license checks or attacking the Service - and, where the breach can be remedied, only after asking you to remedy it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when features or legal requirements change. We will announce material changes to paying customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the courts of our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Final provisions
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Amendments must be in writing, which includes email.
