You receive one license key plus ten numbered seat keys. Each seat key is redeemed once and binds to the Figma user who redeems it. If someone leaves the team, write to us and we will free their seat.

Every ticket already placed in a file stays exactly where it is — they are ordinary Figma components. What ends is the paid behaviour: syncing many tickets at once and custom fields fall back to the free plan's limits.

Paddle is the merchant of record and handles invoicing and VAT, including reverse charge for EU business customers. The invoice arrives by email after the payment.
